I just joined the Learn Camtasia membership site, but I didn’t receive my Welcome email with my log-in information. What should I do?
First, please check your Junk/Spam folder in your email program to be sure the Welcome message didn’t end up there. If it did, please whitelist us to avoid this in the future. If you are sure you didn’t receive your message, please send us a Support Ticket and let us know. Be sure to include the email address you used to sign up. We’ll send you the necessary details to sign in to your account and try to troubleshoot any other issues that may be involved.
